• 4+ years of hands on experience with Dynatrace implementation and administration
• Deep understanding of Dynatrace Smartscape, PurePath, Davis AI, Custom Events, and Management Zones
• Proficiency with at least one cloud platform : AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift environments
• Familiarity with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm for Dynatrace configuration as code
• Good understanding of APM concepts, SLAs / SLOs, service reliability, and performance tuning
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with log ingestion Dynatrace Logs or external integration like ELK / Splunk
