Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong expertise in contract staffing . The role involves end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles in contract staffing.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants for repeat business.
• Ensure timely onboarding and smooth transition of candidates.
• Achieve hiring targets and contribute to team performance.
