We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our HR team at Hosur. This role is integral in managing our C&B programs, total rewards philosophy, and compliance framework , ensuring that our compensation practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute Compensation & Benefits programs across the organization.
- Support the design and roll-out of reward philosophy and total rewards strategy .
- Drive annual increment cycles, salary benchmarking, and market surveys .
- Experience in salary structures, pay bands, and compensation benchmarking .
- Enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) through meaningful reward structures.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws , including minimum wages, statutory bonus, and other regulations .
- Partner with HR and business teams to support compensation-related decisions.
- Provide data-driven insights for compensation planning and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.Strong understanding of Indian labour law and statutory compliance .Experience in salary structures, pay bands, and compensation benchmarking .Proven experience in annual increment planning, benchmarking, and C&B operations .Strong analytical and Excel / HRMS skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
