We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive client acquisition, lead generation, and sales growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and acquire new clients (domestic + international) through lead generation, outreach, LinkedIn, Upwork, and networking.
Pitch, present, and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the tech team to create proposals and solutions.
Negotiate and close deals with SMEs, startups, and enterprises.
Manage the sales pipeline, CRM updates, and regular reporting.
Stay updated on IT industry trends (SaaS, mobile apps, web solutions) to align sales strategies and Achieve quarterly revenue targets.
Key Requirements :
3–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales / Software Services Sales.
Strong understanding of mobile apps, web apps, SaaS, ERP / Inventory, LMS, RMS
Excellent communication and presentation skills (spoken + written English).
Hands-on experience with international client acquisition (US, Europe, Middle East preferred).
Skilled in using tools like Apollo.io, SignalHire, EasyLeadz, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation
Familiar with Networking, CRM tools and Outreach.
Ability to work independently in a startup environment with high ownership.
