We are seeking a seasoned female Business Development Leader to drive strategic growth. Work Hours : 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive new business and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach (outbound calls, outreach) and leveraging existing industry networks along with consultative selling, and solution mapping
- Mentor and guide BDEs while owning your own high-impact sales pipeline—striking the balance between individual contribution and team enablement.
- Manage and grow key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors
- Collaborate closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to build scalable, tailored solutions.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years in IT services sales (web, mobile, software development, and staff augmentation).Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and delivery dynamics.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Strategic mindset with a hands-on, revenue-focused approach.Why Join Us?
