Job descriptionRoofing Screws & Fasteners : SDS, STS, sheeting screws, decking screws Pebline : Butyl roofing tapes, foam closures Nippon : Silicone sealants, acrylic sealants Build strong relationships with existing and new customers. Engage with purchase heads, project managers, site engineers, and business owners. Conduct product demos and site visits as required. Maintain communication and ensure timely follow-up. Prepare daily / weekly reports and maintain the sales pipeline. Share market intelligence, feedback, and competitor insights. Coordinate order closures with internal teams. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting. Address customer queries promptly. Ensure a smooth after-sales experience. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Education : Minimum Graduate (any stream) Experience : 2–3 years in sales, purchase, project management or site management in : Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work with targets Good understanding of roofing and metal building components Confident and target-driven Ability to work independently in the field Basic technical understanding of construction / PEB components Must have a 2-wheeler for local travel Must be comfortable with extensive field visits Fluent in English & Hindi Age : 25+ for 2–3 years’ experience (no upper limit for highly experienced candidates) Salary : 50K - 60K per months Fixed and variable) Incentives : Attractive, performance-based Travel Allowance : Provided Mobile : Company-provided SIM (must be used for all work communication) Cushioning Period : 15 days from joining Sundays off Working Hours : 09 : 30 AM – 06 : 30 PM Support from management in deal closures High-growth role with direct exposure to senior professionals WFH is NOT available Direct sales to companies only CV should be no more than 2 pages Photo must be attached

RWS is a dynamic company whose trading division is focused on supplying components for steel buildings and metal roofs. We specialise in providing innovative solutions for metal building and roofing components.
Role Overview
This is a full-time field sales role focused on selling components for steel buildings and metal roofs specifically - roofing screws & fasteners, butyl tapes, foam closures, silicone / acrylic sealants, and related roofing accessories. The role involves frequent travel across Delhi NCR and Western UP (except Kanpur, Bareilly and North & Central UP) . You will drive revenue, develop new clients, maintain key accounts, and provide product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Prospect and visit direct companies— no retail .
- Identify new business opportunities in PEB, roofing, and LGSF sectors.
- Generate leads, pitch products, and close deals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and expand territory presence.
