While our Business Development team builds relationships with US companies, the core of our mission lies in preparing our students for success. We believe that with the right guidance, every talented student can achieve their American dream. This is where you come in.

The Opportunity

As our Career Advisor, you will be a mentor, guide, and strategist for our pool of talented students and recent graduates. You will be their primary point of contact, responsible for transforming their academic achievements into successful career placements in the United States.

Your role is to empower our candidates, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to navigate the competitive US job market. You will be instrumental in shaping their futures and will be the key to our company's reputation for providing world-class talent.

Your Impact will include :

  • Conducting one-on-one advising sessions to understand students' career aspirations, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Guiding students in crafting professional, ATS-friendly resumes / CVs and compelling LinkedIn profiles tailored for the US job market.
  • Developing and delivering workshops on key topics like networking strategies, interview skills, and understanding US workplace culture.
  • Performing mock interviews and providing constructive, actionable feedback to help students excel in real interviews.
  • Acting as the bridge between our students and the job opportunities sourced by our business development team, ensuring the best possible match.
  • Maintaining a database to track student progress, engagement, and placement success.
  • Providing ongoing encouragement and support to students throughout their job search journey.

Who You Are :

  • A Passionate Mentor : You have a genuine desire to help others succeed and find fulfillment in their careers. You are empathetic, patient, and an excellent listener.
  • An Exceptional Communicator : You have outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written) and can convey complex information in a clear, encouraging manner.
  • Highly Organized : You can manage a diverse caseload of students, track their progress, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledgeable : You have 2+ years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, HR, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Culturally Astute : You have an appreciation for the nuances of both the Indian academic environment and the US professional landscape.
  • Bonus Points (Highly Desirable) :

  • Direct experience mentoring students for international job opportunities.
  • Personal experience having studied or worked in the United States.
  • Familiarity with US visa categories relevant to students (OPT, CPT, H1B).
