Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented B2B Sales Executive with experience in the food and premium FMCG sector . This role will support the sales team, manage client relationships, resolve queries, and actively generate new B2B leads across corporates, export markets, and premium / organic product channels to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients (corporates, distributors, retailers, and export clients) for product details, pricing, order status, and promotions.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints / queries within agreed timelines to ensure service excellence.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for order processing, dispatches, stock availability, and payment follow-ups.
- Generate and qualify new B2B leads in corporates, premium retail, chains, and export markets via research, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Identify and onboard new export clients through trade portals, online platforms, and market research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects; share qualified leads with sales for closure.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead trackers, sales data, and complaint-resolution logs.
- Prepare MIS reports on lead generation, order fulfilment, and service performance.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales support, lead generation, or customer service within the food / FMCG industry (preferably premium / organic products).Exposure to corporate sales, exports, or gourmet / premium distribution preferred.Demonstrated success in lead generation and opportunity conversion.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Ability to manage customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
