About the Role : -
We are seeking an accomplished and driven Chartered Accountant (Inter or above) or a qualified Company Secretary to join our finance and compliance team. Key Responsibilities : -
Lead end-to-end audit and compliance processes, ensuring timely and error-free statutory filings.
Manage GST filing, Income Tax filing, TDS deduction, and ROC-related compliances.
Prepare and review financial statements while maintaining strong internal financial controls.
Handle statutory audits and ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements.
Safeguard compliance standing with all statutory and regulatory bodies.
(Preferred) Manage import–export documentation and compliance.
(Preferred) Draft, review, and vet agreements; ensure contractual and legal compliance.
Key Requirements : -
Chartered Accountant (Inter or Qualified) / Company Secretary (Qualified).
2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Exceptional fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Strong expertise in statutory compliance, audit processes, and financial management.
Proven experience handling regulatory compliance (GST, IT, TDS, ROC).
Candidates with additional experience in import–export compliances and legal drafting will be given preference.
