Job Title : Chartered Accountant - Core Accounting

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Business Units : HigherEd, Edureka (Vocational Business)

Experience Required : 7-10 years

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage the core accounting function for our Vocational Business verticals - HigherEd, and Edureka.

This is a critical role where you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting, financial compliance, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end core accounting including ledger management, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and budgets.
• Work closely with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Implement best practices to strengthen financial controls and processes. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7-10 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in core accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in EdTech or service sector will be an added advantage.
