Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a Transition Expert with Chartered Accountant qualification who can seamlessly manage client transitions, financial processes, and onboarding. The role requires a blend of financial expertise, stakeholder management, and process transition skills to ensure smooth migration of client accounts and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end transition projects for new clients, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
• Manage client onboarding, including financial due diligence, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline finance and accounting processes during transition.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting to support transition activities.
• Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Implement best practices for knowledge transfer, SOP creation, and process handover.
• Ensure all transitions are aligned with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Provide insights for process improvements and efficiency in client financial management.
