Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Management & Reporting : Take full ownership of all bookkeeping, including the preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements for quarterly and annual reporting.
- Taxation & Compliance : Oversee and manage all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and payroll taxation, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.
- Accounts & Vendor Management : Lead Accounts Payable, handling vendor liaison and management. You will also be in charge of Accounts Receivable, managing the entire revenue cycle from follow-up to management reporting.
Strategic & Operational Support :
Design, update, and publish various customized monthly MIS reports for management.Work with banks on both daily operations and strategic matters such as funding and non-funded instruments.Conduct project costing, with a focus on government PPP projects, and perform financial evaluations with clear Collaboration :Support the legal team with ROC / MCA compliances and the financial aspects of closing agreements and contracts.Prepare and furnish documentation required for government bid submissions.Required Qualifications :
Professional Qualification : Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).Experience : A minimum of 8-10 years of total experience, with at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry.Domain Knowledge :
