Job Summary :
We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager to join a leading Workassist Hiring Partner in the Banking industry. This Middle Management role requires expertise in B2B Corporate Sales, with a primary focus on driving the Corporate Salary Account business. The manager will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, onboarding large national portfolios, leading sales efforts, and driving cross-sell revenue, while also leading a team and ensuring excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Acquisition and Sourcing :
- Acquire new corporate clients specifically for the Corporate Salary Business, targeting large corporates with a strong national presence.
- Lead the sourcing of Salary Accounts from major corporations, including targeted acquisition from split corporates with dedicated induction programs.
- Drive strategic B2B Corporate partnerships and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for large corporate mandates.
- Utilize a wide knowledge base in digital banking channels to source accounts and enhance the client onboarding experience.
Portfolio Management and Revenue Growth :
Successfully onboard new Portfolios of corporate clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid activation.Consistently over-achieve on all cross-sell products (e.g., insurance, wealth management, loans) linked to the acquired salary accounts, maximizing overall revenue contribution.Maintain and nurture existing relationships with Corporate Clients to ensure long-term partnership and portfolio stability.Team Leadership and Service Excellence :
Function as a Team Leader, managing the daily activities and performance of the sales team focused on salary account acquisition.Demonstrate strong Time Management skills to manage a demanding sales pipeline and multiple corporate engagements simultaneously.Provide effective Leadership and Feedback to team members to mentor performance and drive results.Take ownership of resolving customer escalations on a strict TAT (Turnaround Time) basis, ensuring high service quality and client Experience : Relevant experience in B2B Corporate Sales within the Banking or Financial Services industry.Core Expertise : Mandatory strong expertise and proven track record in selling Corporate Salary Accounts or similar corporate banking products.Key Skills : Demonstrated proficiency in Corporate Salary, Salary Account, B2B Corporate, and Team Handling.Education : Graduate degree (Post-graduate / MBA preferred).Preferred Skills :
Proven experience with major national and multinational Corporate Clients.
Deep familiarity with digital banking and sales enablement tools.
Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and performance forecasting.
Certification in sales management or corporate relationship management.
