📍 Location : Noida – Candidates must be based in noida or willing to relocate
🕒 Experience : 2 years in US Recruitment
What We’re Looking For :
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle US recruitment
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for US-based roles
- Experience in Technical and Non-Technical recruitment
- BFSI recruitment experience is a strong preference
- In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices, time zones, and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
