Job Summary The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end hiring process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified employees to meet its current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and build a network of potential candidates.
Leverage job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent.
Analyze the market, salary trends, and best hiring practices.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing timely feedback.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies to improve recruitment processes.
Monitor and improve the offer-to-joining ratio by managing candidate expectations, maintaining communication, and addressing concerns post-offer.
Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to minimize drop-offs between offer acceptance and joining.
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in recruitment within a technology company; prior experience in a product company is a plus.
Proven experience in executing recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
