Pointo allows EV owners to lease or exchange batteries throughout the life cycle of their vehicle, thus making battery management convenient and cost-effective.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bangalore. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing overall support to EV owners regarding their battery leasing and exchange. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experiences and implement service improvements.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills
• Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Technical Knowledge about EV batteries and related products is a plus
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
