Key responsibilities : Relationship manager :
- Partner recruitment & activation :
- Identify, engage, and onboard new partners in line with the defined sales process.
- Lead conversion & business development :
- Convert quality leads
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners
- Product knowledge & training :
- Stay updated on new product launches, process enhancements, and policy changes.
- Sales process adherence :
- Follow the defined sales process diligently — from task allocation to execution and reporting.
- Document activities and updates accurately in the sales process system (CRM).
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and business ethics standards.
- Continuous learning & development :
- Participate in training sessions and development programs identified by management.
- Strive for continuous improvement in product knowledge, sales techniques, and partner management skills.
