(High Salary) HR Executive

Oaktree designs and builds premium modular kitchens and wardrobes known for quality and innovation. We are looking for an HR professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle and ensure all statutory compliances are met.

Job Title : HR Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end HR processes : recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
• Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management
• Oversee statutory compliance and labour law requirements
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
• Implement and update HR policies and procedures
• Use ERP / HRMS platforms (Odoo, GreytHR, or similar) for HR operations
• Support employee engagement and address HR-related queries
• Coordinate with various teams to plan and support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and other company events to foster a positive workplace culture
