Job Title : Manager / Senior Manager – Hotel Sales

About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to lead and expand the hotel’s sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective corporate tie-ups, MICE business, travel agent relations, and event sales. The role demands a blend of strategic planning, business development, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new corporate clients, travel agents, and institutional partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term associations.
- Drive MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) business for the property.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and special offers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.
- Conduct regular market research to analyze competition and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the hotel at trade fairs, exhibitions, and local networking events.
- Coordinate with Operations and Banquet teams to ensure seamless guest experience for all events and bookings.
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure productivity and professional growth.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development within the Hospitality sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong market knowledge of Ambala, Chandigarh, and surrounding regions will be an added advantage.Key Skills :
