About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Care Executive to join our premium Home Furnishing brand’s E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with a strong sales mindset — someone who can convert inquiries into sales while delivering a personalized, luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, chat, and social media.
• Convert leads and inquiries into successful sales through consultative selling.
• Assist customers in selecting home furnishing products such as bedding, décor, curtains, and accessories.
• Manage post-order support including delivery updates, returns, and payment issues.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate features effectively to enhance sales.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s premium and customer-first approach.
