Academic Coordinator

Role Summary :

The Academic Coordinator will oversee the development of academic schedules, manage class timetables, and ensure effective resource allocation. Responsibilities include maintaining academic records, coordinating exams, enforcing policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also facilitates communication between students, faculty, and administration, aligns academic standards and curricula, and manages new student enrolment, orientation, and registration. Candidates should be willing to take on additional responsibilities related to their domain.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Developing academic schedules, coordinating class timetables, and ensuring proper allocation of resources.
• Managing academic records, coordinating exams, maintaining academic policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitating communication between students, faculty, and administration regarding academic matters, policies, and initiatives etc.
• Aligning academic standards, curriculums and teaching methodologies.
• Organizes new student, and initial enrolment processes, orientation, and registration.
• Candidates should be willing to take other work responsibilities related to their domain.

Educational Qualification : Any Graduation from a recognized university.

Experience : 1 to 2 years of experience as an Academic Coordinator.
