Job description

Responsibilities

Research and identify to global design schools and their admission requirements.
Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study abroad options, application

processes, and eligibility criteria.

Assist students in building strong portfolios, writing SOPs, and preparing for

entrance exams / interviews.

Guide students through scholarship and financial aid opportunities.

Stay updated on visa regulations and assist students with the application process.

Conduct informational seminars, webinars, and workshops on studying design abroad.

Coordinating with the IDP Batches.

Maintain records of student applications and track their progress.

Support marketing efforts by creating content related to study abroad opportunities.

Requisites (Core competencies / Skills)

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Design, Education, or a related field.

Experience in academic counseling, study abroad consultancy, or international

admissions preferred.

Strong knowledge of global design education trends and admission processes.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to mentor students and craft compelling applications.

Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools.

Passion for design education and student success.
