TA Strategy - TISS / XLRI / FMS / MDI / NMIMS / GIM / NL Dalmia
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Mapping & Landscape Analysis : Work closely with zonal recruitment teams to align internal talent needs with the external talent pool, ensuring hiring strategies are tailored to meet organizational requirements.
2. Tracking & Progress Monitoring : Collaborate with zonal teams to monitor recruitment progress and provide ongoing updates on key metrics, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
3. TA Dashboard & Reporting : Design, develop, and maintain detailed dashboards to track hiring performance, sourcing strategies, and key recruitment metrics. Use data analysis to provide actionable insights and optimize recruitment processes.
4. Process Improvement :
5. Data Analytics : Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and create reports that help improve talent acquisition efforts and decision-making.
6. Special Projects : Lead or support special projects aimed at enhancing talent acquisition strategies, tools, and processes, including refining sourcing channels and improving reporting practices.
