Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The E-commerce Executive will oversee account management, sales operations, and e-commerce platforms. Key responsibilities include managing customer accounts, driving sales initiatives, analyzing data trends, and coordinating with the team to achieve targets. The role requires effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and customer satisfaction.
