Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing / services.
2. Client Acquisition : Prospect and acquire new clients needing IT professionals / staffing.
3. Solution Selling : Pitch tailored IT staffing solutions (contract permanent project-based).
4. Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with client decision-makers.
5. Needs Analysis : Understand client tech / business needs to propose fitting staffing solutions.
6. Sales Target Achievement : Meet defined revenue targets for IT staffing services.
7. Candidate Sourcing Collaboration : Work with recruitment teams for candidate delivery.
8. Proposal Preparation : Create proposals outlining service scope benefits commercial terms.
9. Client Communication : Regularly update clients on service delivery address queries.
10. Market Insight : Stay updated on IT trends skill demands and competitor activity.
