About Our Group

Corporate Quality group is part of the larger Global Quality Team and provides guidance and support for implementation and ongoing enhancement of Seagate's Quality Management System by ensuring cross-functional alignment. This includes : -

• Developing and maintaining the Global Quality Portal and Corporate Quality websites
• Guiding and overseeing Seagate Continuous Improvement process (8D & Lesson Learned system) through the 8D / LL Steering Council
• Leading the Seagate Management System Documentation council
• Managing the Warranty Rates system
• Providing guidance and oversight for Seagate's ISO Certification program via the PExA Council
• Reporting RQC (Customer Satisfaction) Metrics
