Job Summary :
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day soft services of the facility
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment for employees and visitors
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily cleaning , security , and reception servicesManage and maintain relationships with service vendorsRespond to and resolve facility-related requests and complaintsAssist in budget planning for soft servicesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsUse facility management software to track tasks and generate reportsCoordinate with other facilities teams to ensure seamless operationsQualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or a related field3–5 years of experience in facilities management or a related roleKnowledge of soft services operations in corporate / office settingsProficiency in facility management softwareStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCustomer service orientedSkills :
