As a Facility Executive at SmartQ, your primary goal will be to take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of food and beverage facilities within a business setting ensuring a clean, efficient, safe, and high-quality environment for dining and refreshments. This role ensures that food services are delivered efficiently, hygienically, and in alignment with health and safety standards, while also managing pantry operations, and service staff. Key roles and responsibilities :

1.Refilling of Snacks Dispenser :

  • Monitor snack levels regularly and refill dispensers promptly.
  • Internal
  • Ensure all items are well-stocked, fresh, and neatly arranged.
  • Check expiry dates and remove outdated products.

2 . Cleaning of Coffee Machine :

  • Clean and sanitize coffee machines daily to maintain hygiene.
  • Refill water, coffee beans, milk, and other consumables as required.
  • Report any malfunctions or issues to maintenance.
  • 3.Food Service :

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals or snacks.
  • Ensure food is served in a timely, hygienic, and professional manner.
  • Maintain proper food handling and storage practices.
  • 4.Cleaning of Service Area :

  • Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and food service equipment.
  • Dispose of waste appropriately and restock supplies as needed.
  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the pantry / kitchen / service area.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • 1+ year experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass
