Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage the upkeep, repair, and operational efficiency of our facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems, equipment, and physical assets are maintained at optimal levels while adhering to safety standards and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all facility equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Plan and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment service logs, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions during maintenance operations.

Ensure all systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and security, are functioning efficiently.

Develop emergency response plans and ensure facility readiness for unforeseen incidents.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance facility operations and reduce downtime.

Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts, ensuring availability for urgent repairs.

Essential Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance leadership roles.

Strong understanding of building systems, utilities, and equipment maintenance.

Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.

Skills Required :

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS).

Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively..
