Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre-Sales Consultant / Manager based in Mumbai, with some work from home acceptable. The Pre-Sales Consultant / Manager will be responsible for conducting sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include consulting with potential clients, delivering tailored solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Sales Consulting and Consulting skills solution design, bid management, and driving GTM strategies. Experience in leading AI, digital, data and contact center solutions and Microsoft technologies suite crafting tailored proposals, and managing end-to-end presales activities
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the technology or consulting industry
