Position Summary :

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting and executing human resources functions to enhance employee engagement and company operations. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing key HR activities, supporting employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Employee Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, document verification, and introducing company policies and culture.
• Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with labor laws.
• HR Support : Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
• Payroll Coordination : Assist in the payroll process by ensuring timely submission of attendance, leaves, and other relevant data to the payroll team.
• Training & Development : Support the identification of training needs and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
• Employee Engagement : Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and activities that promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Management : Assist in coordinating the performance review process and ensuring timely feedback to employees.
• Compliance : Ensure all HR activities are compliant with local labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
• HR Reporting : Generate reports on HR metrics such as attendance, employee turnover, and training effectiveness, providing insights to senior management.
• Employee Benefits Administration : Assist in managing employee benefits programs and responding to employee queries regarding benefits and wellness programs.
• Exit Process : Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.
