Strategy Trainee

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical intern to join our Founder’s Office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with leadership on high-impact projects, gain exposure to real-time business challenges, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in

strategic research and analysis

on new business opportunities, markets, and competition.

Work on

real-time projects

across growth strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and new initiatives.

Support in preparing

business presentations, dashboards, and reports

for leadership reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress on strategic initiatives and provide insights.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions, helping convert ideas into actionable strategies.

Learning & Exposure :

Hands-on experience in

strategy formulation and execution .

Direct exposure to the

Founder’s decision-making process .

Opportunity to work on

live projects impacting business expansion and operations .

Mentorship from senior leadership on business strategy, growth, and problem-solving.

Who Can Apply :

MBA / PGDM or final-year students from reputed institutes with strong analytical and communication skills.

Passion for strategy, business analysis, and problem-solving.

Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint (knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus).

Duration : 3–6 months
