About the Role
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and execution-driven Influencer Marketing & Personal Branding Manager to establish and grow the CEO’s profile as an industry thought leader and recognized influencer. This role will combine content strategy, social media management, brand building, and audience growth. The ideal candidate is not only skilled at building influence but is also a proven influencer themselves, with a demonstrated audience of their own.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and execute a clear personal brand strategy for the CEO aligned with company values and industry leadership goals.
- Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging to position the CEO as a credible, authentic voice in the market.
- Content Creation & Management
- Develop compelling content (posts, articles, videos, podcasts, thought pieces) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter / X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage an editorial calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and external partners for multimedia content.
- Social Media Growth & Engagement
- Own day-to-day management of the CEO’s social media accounts.
- Drive follower growth, engagement, and reach through a mix of organic and paid strategies.
- Monitor analytics to continuously optimize content performance.
- Influencer & Media Relations
- Leverage your own network and relationships with journalists, podcasters, conference organizers, and other influencers to secure guest appearances and speaking opportunities.
- Position the CEO for thought leadership opportunities including panels, interviews, and op-eds.
- Reputation & Community Building
- Actively engage with followers, industry leaders, and communities to foster authentic relationships.
- Monitor online sentiment and maintain the CEO’s positive digital presence.
Qualifications
Minimum of 50,000 personal followers on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or another major platform (must demonstrate ability to build and sustain influence).Strong copywriting skills with the ability to capture voice and tone authentically.Proven success growing social accounts from zero to significant scale.Deep knowledge of digital media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.Strong project management skills with the ability to execute quickly and creatively.Existing network of creators, journalists, and media professionals is a plus.What Success Looks Like
