Senior Area Sales Manager - CCGI Doors & Windows Sales & Marketing

NCL Buildtek is looking for a Senior Area Sales Manager to drive sales of our CCGI Doors & Windows, primarily focusing on government projects within an assigned area. This role requires extensive experience in specifying building materials for government departments, managing tenders, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee sales of Doors and Windows in the assigned area, providing support in operations as needed.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
• Spearhead the specification of Building Material Products within Government Departments such as PWD, CPWD, MES, Housing Board, Slum Board, and other Corporates in the assigned areas.
• Manage the entire tender and quotation process to secure government projects.
• Acquire direct clients through government projects, generating significant business.
• Cultivate healthy relationships with new and existing channel partners, encouraging them to recommend our products to their clients.
• Finalize orders by providing the best possible sales experience to clients.
• Address client queries and ensure they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects.
• Attend regular company training sessions to enhance technical knowledge of our products.
• Strategize and develop new business opportunities , with a strong focus on government projects.
• Assist operations with sales order processing and payment follow-ups.
