🔹 What You’ll Do

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles (Junior to Leadership levels).
  • Engage with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networking).
  • Manage interview coordination, candidate experience, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment consultancy / agency.
  • Proven expertise in Non-IT hiring across industries.
  • Exposure to Leadership Hiring / Executive Search is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
