Senior Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Job Title : Sr. US IT Recruiter

Location : Panjagutta, Hyderabad (On Site)

Duration : Full Time

Timings : 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST

To be a successful Technical Recruiter :

You will have 4+ year experience as a US IT Recruiter.

You will be self-motivated, driven and passionate to succeed within your career, maintaining positivity and drive throughout.

Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.G. phone, Skype and structured).

Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.G. social media recruiting and Boolean search).

Knowledge with tax terms W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp.

Experience on VMS & ATS.

Strong desire to build relationships with clients & candidates.

Bachelors IT or relevant degree.
