Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with over 7 years of proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for both IT and Non-IT domains, while maintaining strong relationships with direct clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, R&D Engineering, Clinical, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Non-IT roles.
- Engage with direct clients including State clients across the U.S. (MA, GA, IA, OH, DE, CO, OR, CT, MI, IN, ID, VA, NC) and enterprise clients such as Daimler Truck, Fiserv, IBM, Novartis, Amgen, and CGI.
- Utilize VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, Vector VMS, and Dot Staffing to manage requisitions and candidate submissions.
- Conduct multi-channel sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and headhunting.
- Evaluate candidates through comprehensive screening , technical assessment, and background verification processes.
- Negotiate salaries, pay rates, and employment terms (W2, C2C, and Contract-to-Hire).
- Maintain excellent knowledge of U.S. tax terms, visa classifications, and work authorization requirements.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters, driving best practices in candidate engagement, submission quality, and client interaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to align recruitment strategies with client expectations.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment and staffing, focusing on IT, Engineering, Finance and Life Sciences sectors.Hands-on experience with VMS systems : SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, Wand, Vector VMS, and Dot Staffing.Demonstrated success in contract and contract-to-hire (CTH) staffing for U.S. clients.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media recruiting.Strong understanding of U.S. recruitment practices , including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven leadership ability to mentor and guide junior recruiters.High attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.Proficient in Microsoft Word , Excel (Goal Seek) , and collaboration tools.Core Competencies
