Account Manager Overview
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Sr. Account Manager to lead client relationships, ensure seamless project delivery, and drive customer success. The ideal candidate will proactively manage accounts, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Establish and communicate a clear account vision aligned with client business goals
- Manage end-to-end client relationships and serve as primary point of contact
- Coordinate with internal teams and project leads to ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Identify risks and proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Prioritize tasks and manage workload to meet timelines and service-level commitments
- Maintain strong collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Lead client calls, presentations, and communication through email and meetings
- Ensure complete understanding of account scope, lifecycle, and deliverables
- Validate and ensure final outcomes align with client expectations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and account documentation
- Handle complex accounts with minimal supervision while managing client escalations
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve account performance
- Present client solutions, growth recommendations, and performance updates Skillsets :
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
- Solid understanding of project / account lifecycle and delivery processes
- Ability to handle deadlines, multitask, and manage priorities efficiently

- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts with limited Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business / Marketing / Communications or related field
- Certifications in account management or client success (preferred)
