Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage vendors for college activation projects across multiple locations.
- Negotiate costs, ensure cost efficiency, and maintain profitability on each project.
- Coordinate with the client servicing and production teams to understand requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, maintain cost sheets, and ensure accurate billing.
- Supervise event setup, branding installations, and logistics on ground.
- Maintain a database of vendors (fabricators, manpower suppliers, logistics, printing, etc.) by region.
- Track and verify vendor invoices, payments, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met during activations.
Skills & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; background in Event Management preferred.1–2 years of experience in vendor management or event operations.Strong negotiation and coordination skills.Good understanding of BTL activations, production, and logistics.Willingness to travel for on-ground activations.Proficient in Excel and cost management.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability.Perks
