What are we looking for?
The role demands deep expertise in event management from conceptualization to execution including AV production, broadcast streaming, and hybrid platforms. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and delivering large-scale physical, hybrid, and virtual events aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
What does the job entail?
1. Strategic Planning & Conceptualization :
- Develop annual event calendars aligned with business and brand priorities
- Design immersive event concepts across physical, hybrid, and digital formats
- Conduct stakeholder alignment meetings and define KPIs
- Ensure consistent brand impact and measurable outcomes
2. Event Production & Execution :
Manage end-to-end execution of corporate events (e.g., product launches, CXO forums, partner meets)Oversee AV planning : stage setup, lighting, sound, live streaming, satellite uplinksHandle multiple projects under tight timelinesManage venue selection, vendor finalization, budgeting, permissions, and logistics3. Hybrid & Digital Event Management :
Lead planning and execution of digital / hybrid events via platforms like Zoom, Teams, CventSet up secure access, registration workflows, gamification, polling, and analyticsManage live streaming production and post-event archivingCoordinate with tech teams for content uploads and firewall configurations4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management :
Regularly engage with internal stakeholders and keep them updatedNegotiate with vendors for optimal impact and budget adherenceCoordinate procurement for agency onboarding and RFP processesManage relationships with AV partners, platform providers, and internal teams (IT, HR, Legal, etc.)5. Content & Creative Coordination :
Create event-related creatives and collaterals as per brand guidelinesCollaborate with content / creative teams for branding, scripts, videos, and presentationsEnsure messaging is impactful and audience-relevant6. Risk Management & Compliance
Ensure compliance with safety norms, legal permissions, and corporate security standardsBuild contingency plans and troubleshoot real-time issues7. Post-Event Analysis :
Prepare post-event reports with KPIs, feedback, and ROIMaintain archives and documentation for auditsEvaluate success and recommend improvementsWork exp : 5-10 years in event management, with agency experience preferred
Key Skills :
