Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to introduce new products / services.
- Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and build relationships through effective communication.
- Identify new business opportunities, track sales progress, and achieve set targets.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and opportunities.
- Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and goals.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or demos to further qualify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
