Standardize workflows and drive automation to reduce manual effort and improve speed and accuracy. Use operational metrics, feedback loops, and service data to continuously improve delivery. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, service excellence, and innovation. 8–15 years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Experience roles 3–5 years in a managerial role leading an HR team. Proven success in building scalable HR systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments Presence of Mind : Able to respond with clarity and maturity in real-time conversations Ownership Orientation : Takes initiative, flags gaps, and drives resolution without waiting for instruction Startup Fluency : Comfortable building systems from scratch and operating in ambiguity Tech Fluency : Strong command HRIS platforms Culture Sensitivity : Understands how to influence behavior and build trust across teams

The Opportunity
We're seeking a hands-on HR leader to help scale our HR operations and culture engine. This role blends Operational leadership, employee experience design, and culture stewardship across Indrajaal. You'll report directly to General Manager - HR and support employees, Talent Partners and vendors to ensure consistent, high-impact HR delivery. This is a builder's role, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership without waiting for instruction, and leads with presence of mind and clarity.

- Oversee core HR services : onboarding, policy guidance, performance management, and lifecycle support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
