Job Summary : The HR Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role includes managing HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and has a proven track record in HR management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. HR Strategy & Planning ○ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. ○ Support organizational growth through effective HR planning and initiatives.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management ○ Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. ○ Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. ○ Implement succession planning and employee retention programs.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement ○ Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and ensure resolution. ○ Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment. ○ Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvements.
4. Performance Management & Development ○ Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure fair evaluation processes. ○ Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
5. HR Operations & Compliance ○ Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. ○ Manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation. ○ Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and other HR operations.
6. Culture & Organizational Development ○ Promote organizational values, culture, and employee well-being initiatives. ○ Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5–7 years of HR experience with at least 2–3 years in managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in HRIS, recruitment platforms, and performance management systems.
Preferred :
MBA in HR or equivalent advanced degree.
