Job Responsibility :
Talent Onboarding : Play a key role in welcoming and onboarding new employees
helping them acclimate to the culture and processes.
Talent Assistance : Assist talent practice team with interview slots from leaders and
on time completion of business facing tasks of recruitment team. Help in training new
employees contributing to efforts to develop talented individuals in P&G universe.
Sourcing of profiles basis the qualifications / experience shared by Hiring Manager.
Data Management : Employee data maintenance running reports tracking of spends
etc
L&D : Supporting the capability team in organizing trainings handling visits &
supporting document training records completion status tracking request etc.
HR Support : Assist in implementing HR strategic Action plan with company goals
helping to ensure HR practices support the organization's success. Coordinating for
major events handling of Purchases led portals & payments to vendor.
Employee Value Equation : Support in handling employee moments of truths
maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring adherence to P&G policies
and principles.
Site Leaders Admin : Handling Senior Directors calendar site meetings / schedule.
