Position - Sales & Customer Support Executive

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales / international voice process and Sales (preferably US market).
• Education : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Experience using CRM tools and telephony platforms is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts or US business hours.
