Lexicon Infotech - Solution Architect - Salesforce / nCino

Primary Roles & Responsibilities :

• nCino Solution Architect with strong handson on nCino platform and domain knowledge in commercial lending good to have.
• Execute Salesforce / nCino implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and post live support.
• Able to lead team of 5 or more technically and resolves their technical impediments to achieve status quo.
• Identifies Technical Risks and Limitation in advance and work on addressing them.
• Interact with onshore stakeholders to understand requirements, suggest design changes, communicate daily status, reporting.
• Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
• Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self
• Should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders
• Possesses good understanding of general project management principles.
• Should be willing to learn new technologies (CRM / others) and be able to work on functional projects including Customer Experience, Customer Strategy, and Sales, Service etc.
• Participate in pre-sales activities as required.
