Primary Roles & Responsibilities :
- nCino Solution Architect with strong handson on nCino platform and domain knowledge in commercial lending good to have.
- Execute Salesforce / nCino implementation projects including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and post live support.
- Able to lead team of 5 or more technically and resolves their technical impediments to achieve status quo.
- Identifies Technical Risks and Limitation in advance and work on addressing them.
- Interact with onshore stakeholders to understand requirements, suggest design changes, communicate daily status, reporting.
- Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
- Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self
- Should have excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders
- Possesses good understanding of general project management principles.
- Should be willing to learn new technologies (CRM / others) and be able to work on functional projects including Customer Experience, Customer Strategy, and Sales, Service etc.
- Participate in pre-sales activities as required.
Required Skills / Experience :
12 to 15 years overall salesforce with at the least 8 - 10 years in nCino platform.Salesforce development and design skills including but not limited to : Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools.Completion of several CRM / ERP integration and extension projects in development and lead technically roles.Proven ability to design and optimize business process and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.Extensive hands-on experience implementing nCino managed package at other financial institutions.Extensive hands-on experience with nCino Commercial Banking managed package implementation expertise with nCino modules : Relationship Management, Loan / Opportunity management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral etc(ref : hirist.tech)
