Job Description :

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, People Experience (Corporate HR Generalist) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will provide day-to-day HR delivery support for all corporate roles based in the Canada Market. Additionally, you will work to foster a consistent and positive employee experience, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and local market needs. This role will work closely with in-market Canada Corporate People Partner.

The candidate is expected to reside within India.

Responsibilities

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to :

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partnerships :

• Collaborate with in-market Corporate People Partner to manage programs for all Canada Corporate staff (global and non-global), including training programs, career growth, and employee engagement activities
• Coordinate with in-market TA team and Corporate People Partner to align work with strategic TA initiatives in the market
• Coordinate as needed with Global HR team to support globally led HR initiatives
