Applicants who don’t share a portfolio will not be considered Prior experience at Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto , or similar food delivery / quick commerce companies Bonus : Experience with Canva or a technical background (HTML / CSS, prototyping, or dev collaboration) Compensation : $1,500–$3,000 / month ≈ ₹1.25–2.50 lakh / month ≈ ₹15–30 LPA Full-time (40+ hrs / week) Performance bonus Potential for equity Potential for signon bonus Benefits : negotiable Location : Fully remote, based anywhere in India (Indian working hours)
We’re building Africa’s super-app, starting with food delivery. Fresh off a $1.2M funding round led by Soma Capital, Sequoia Scout Fund, A16Z Scout Fund, and top Silicon Valley angels, we’re hiring a UX Designer to help overhaul our product as we expand into new African markets. This fully remote role provides you with exposure to a fast-moving Silicon Valley startup while allowing you to work IST hours from anywhere in India.
What you’ll do
- Make fundamental UX design decisions as we prepare our product for new markets
- Design elegant, user-friendly screens for our website, iOS, and Android apps using Figma
- Collaborate with our international development team to shape product decisions
- Own UX workflows end-to-end, from concept to high-fidelity designs
- Champion the user perspective to deliver world-class experiences in diverse cultural contexts
