McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a
Supervisor, People Experience (Corporate HR Generalist) role based in our India Global Business Services Office.
You will provide day-to-day HR delivery support for all corporate roles based in the Canada Market. Additionally, you will work to foster a consistent and positive employee experience, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and local market needs. This role will work closely with in-market Canada Corporate People Partner.
The candidate is expected to reside within India.
Responsibilities
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to :
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partnerships :
Collaborate with in-market Corporate People Partner to manage programs for all Canada Corporate staff (global and non-global), including training programs, career growth, and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with in-market TA team and Corporate People Partner to align work with strategic TA initiatives in the market
Coordinate as needed with Global HR team to support globally led HR initiatives
HR Delivery :
Manage the delivery of People initiatives for all Corporate staff in the Canada Market including those in non-globalized functions (e.g., Canada Operations, Canada Marketing) and Canada based global staff (e.g., Global People, Global Finance, etc)
Review corporate employee concerns, grievances, or conflicts, partnering with appropriate in-market team members to resolve issues effectively to manage corporate Employee Relations
Support HR administration activities that can’t be resolved within McDonald's + self-service for Canada corporate employees
Talent Acquisition & Execution :
Enable the delivery of best-in class talent acquisition strategies in the market
Support the execution of local talent programs (e.g., Corporate Engagement) through the development of presentation materials, resources and tools
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience working in Human Resources or Project Management
Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
Experience working across many countries and cultures
Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practices

Technical knowledge in areas of HR processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
