The role reports to the regional head.
Location - Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ad sales and branded content monetization for original scripted and reality IPs across OTT platforms and digital channels.
- Build and pitch creative, integrated media solutions to clients and agencies across categories like FMCG, D2C, gaming, tech, and lifestyle.
- Identify and close in-show integrations, influencer-led campaigns, and branded storytelling opportunities across ongoing and upcoming shows.
- Drive new business development by identifying media buyers, brand managers, and agency planners aligned with youth-first digital spends.
- Develop strong client relationships, manage stakeholder conversations, and deliver customized proposals that align with brand objectives.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensure timely deal closures, and contribute to quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, content, delivery) to ensure smooth execution of long-term deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, OTT viewership data, and platform monetization benchmarks.
- Background in media agencies, OTT platforms, digital publishers, or content-tech companies.
- Proven track record of closing brand partnerships and driving content monetization across digital ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the OTT landscape, influencer ecosystem, and youth consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Having media / digital experience is a must.
